Anahata is the Sanskrit name for the Heart Chakra, and this 12-Chakra Breathwork Meditation (Anahata uses a yogic breath similar to Bhastrika) takes you through with Focus on each Chakra through the Breath - 108 counts, at three speeds, accelerating at the 37th and 73rd Breaths for each Chakra. After the 108 rounds of inhale/exhale, we hold the Exhalation, focusing on that Chakra, (we begin with Muladara, the Root Chakra) then Inhale and hold the Inhalation at the Crown Chakra, Sahasrara The meditation leaves you in no doubt of what to do, and there is no wrong way to do Anahata! If, at any time, you need to pause, the meditation is always going, so you can pick up where you left off.
